Users may permanently request deletion of their JRR GO account at any time.

For security reasons, each request undergoes identity verification before deletion is processed.

Once approved, your account and associated personal information will be deleted in accordance with this policy.

1. Open the JRR GO mobile application.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Navigate to Profile → Delete Account.
4. Verify your registered email address.
5. Optionally provide a reason for deletion.
6. Submit your deletion request.
